The menu for our February 6 meeting is:
Grilled Norwegian Salmon
served with steamed asparagus tips and mashed potatoes
or
Pollo Zapata
lime and chili rubbed grilled chicken breast, black bean and warm corn salad, grilled Yukon Gold potatoes, & red bell pepper cream
both served with Caesar salad and milk chocolate mousse with gourmet cookie
